Daniels’ Artworks Complex Rising in Regent Park | UrbanToronto
The Artworks Tower and Artsy Boutique Condos complex from The Daniels Corporation has made significant progress Toronto’s Regent Park neighbourhood, rising quickly on the northwest corner of Dundas Street East and River Street. Under construction since the end of 2018, the BDP Quadrangle and Kirkor Architects-designed development’s pair of buildings are making steady progress towards heights of 33 and 11 storeys, rising from a shared three-storey podium.
We last checked in on the project’s progress at the start of July, when the 15th and 7th levels of the buildings were being formed. Now, the towers have risen a handful levels each, with Artworks currently reaching 22 while Artsy only now has its mechanical penthouse to be formed above its 11th storey.

Our last update also shared that the installation of exterior finishes was in full swing. Brick-embeded precast panels were being added to the exterior of the building’s podium. They now cover the majority of the podium, and will eventually continue up the heights of both the tower and mid-rise building.

Framing for glazing has also been installed along a portion of the building’s base.

Upon completion, Artworks Tower will rise to a height of 105.76 metres tall, while Artsy Boutique Condos will reach 42.37 metres. The two will bring a combined 440 residential units to the regenerating Regent Park community, with 330 suites in Artworks Tower and another 110 in Artsy Boutique Condominiums.
